Job Description

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple plantation zones, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and coordination skills to manage teams, drive growth, and align regional operations with the company’s sustainability goals.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of plantation management, agribusiness operations, and supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business management software.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in plantation, agricultural, or regional operations management.
• Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, achieving productivity targets, and leading large teams.
• Experience in FMCG, agribusiness, or manufacturing sectors is an added advantage.

Salary

LKR 90,000 - 120,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
