As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your assigned branch, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving business performance. Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business operations, team management, and customer relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic business software tools.
• Ability to plan, organize, and oversee multiple ongoing projects effectively.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in branch or operations management.
• Proven track record in managing teams, meeting branch targets, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Experience in agriculture, plantation, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors will be a significant advantage.

Salary

LKR 90,000 - 120,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
